What the guild does at each step

  1. Now: fill your character sheet in Discord (!sheet in the roster channel). Pick a class you will still like at 60.
  2. Beta: if you have access, test your UI and the addons list. Report what works in the addons channel.
  3. Name reservation night (Oct 27): everyone reserves their names and posts them in the thread. That thread becomes the invite list.
  4. Launch night (Nov 4): leveling pods by timezone, voice open, queue contingency pinned. See the launch night playbook.
  5. Weeks 1 to 4: weekly level census, dungeon nights, profession supply chain online.
  6. Raid unlock: first raid scheduled through the signup bot with the soft-reserve deadline enforced. See loot rules.
